The Business Letter Printed
It is important for business letters to be easy to read, error-free, and completely professional. The first impression when the intended recipient receives a business letter establishes their attitude and becomes a part of their evaluation of the letter.
Most business letters today are written on word-processing software and printed using letter-quality printers. Although you should use your spell-check tool if available, you must always proofread your letters carefully. It's a good practice to have someone other than the writer proofread important letters.
