"To", "CC" and "BCC": Email Exercise

You work in the technical support department of a large company and your job is to provide immediate notification to any employees in the company who may experience problems accessing the Internet.  After receiving a phone call from a user in the marketing department, you notice that your company's internet connection has already been down for almost thirty minutes.
