Your boss has asked you to send out the agenda for the next weekly staff meeting of your department.

The following questions guide you through the process of preparing the email body.  Write the answers in the boxes after each question.

Write a salutation that will appear in the first line of the body of your email: 

Now write out the message.  You can make up an imaginary meeting agenda to include.
