The WriteSite's activities often involve typing into a box and clicking on a button below it. When you click the button, a new browser window —a sort of miniature Netscape or Internet Explorer— will appear. You can print the contents of the new window, or copy and paste them into a word processing or e-mail program. Don't start surfing the Web from within the new window, however, and be sure to close the window before moving on. Here's an example: Type something in this box. Be careful: A few exercises involve typing into a series of boxes before clicking a button at the bottom of the page. If you have finished typing in one or more boxes, and follow any links before you click the button, be sure to return to the page only by using the "Back" button, in order to save the work you've done.
